BALLOON SQUEEZER MACHINE FOR TUBE KNITTED FABRICS
The magnetic stretcher at the outlet of 2nd. nip performs the functions of width setting and overfeed. The stretcher frames are held in position by magnets, thus avoiding the need to change the stretcher frames for different diameters of the fabrics. Equipped with hole detector sensors, motorized expander, sensors for open & close maximum limits, and controlled by PLC, the magnetic stretcher gives value addition by reducing the manual labor and improving the output quality of the fabric.
GURUSON Squeezer with ultimate technology performs de-twisting, Straightening, Expanding, Relaxing and Hydro Extracting Functions in one continuous process. The machine is fully computerized with automated control system. Auto turn table, fabric in feed system, fabric expander, high absorption technology squeezing rolls and conveyorized plaiter, the GURUSON squeezer guarantees high speed Fabric output without crease and edge marks.
